So, we’ve been immersed in brain function research and work force optimization for decades. What’s the best that Brains at Work has to offer? We’ve provided the Art and Science series of webinars, workshops and services to global and national organizations:

The Art and Science of Facilitating Invention

…of Training Trainers

…of Accelerated Learning & Course Design

…of Simplexity: Making the Complex Simple and Doing More with Less

…of Brain to Brain Communications

What would you like to learn how to do? See if this experiment works for you:

We call this “Shifting State”. Look at the water drops on the leaf. For one moment, telescope your attention into the center droplet. Let your imagination take you inside. Rest. Take one breath.

As you pull your focus back into your body and surroundings, take a quick look around. Do you experience anything different from just a few seconds ago?

If so, please let us know at contact@brainsatwork.com

One phenomenon we work with is the Nobel Prize-winning research as to separation of brain tasks through two hemispheres: Left Brain/Right Brain. In the quick test above, you were asked to move function from one side of your head to the other. There can be refreshment, ideas and associations sparked by the change. Tapping the WHOLE brain’s capabilities for processing information, building long-term memory and personal commitment is our stock in trade.

Women aspire to make a difference as they put themselves into new opportunities and reach for achievement and accomplishment.
Have others helped make a way for you? Have you scrambled and tumbled to get where you are? Been there. Doing that; still.

Breaking new ground, initiating creative problem solving, moving others through to solution and generating courage all require a solid strength of spirit, knowledge and skill.

Avian scientists know that birds flying in a flock don’t vote who will lead before they take off. The leader selects herself and the group lines up, adapting to wind pressure, lift and conservation of energy. As we’ve heard from geese flying overhead, the flock honks encouragement to each other and the whole bunch holds the formation. Does the leader always know where she’s going? Maybe not. Surely, she takes her role seriously and is acutely aware of surroundings and the impact of her decisions. Sound familiar?

Brains at Work creates safe environments for women to learn, practice and grow their management of workflow, credibility-building communications and strategies. We have focused a process of “seasoning” for young women so they lead from a depth of confidence as to political, social, financial, innovation and performance-based realities. We have coached senior women leaders work with people of all generations to create optimized team process.

Brains at Work has unique perspective on building women’s leadership across sectors. Programs are tailored for organizations, individuals and work groups.
Services include:

Seminar: Women’s Brains and Men’s Brains at Work (for all audiences)

Intensive: Women in Charge of Brain Power: How to Build Genius

Coaching: Incentives and Tools for Product Creation, Process Improvement and Ten Other Areas Usually Led by Men

Organizational Consulting for Improving Performance and Development of Women in Leadership

Are you tasked with turning boring, dry and overwhelming material into compelling knowledge? Will learners and leaders be expected to use dense legal, accounting, manufacturing or IT concepts to meet organizational strategic goals? We know; we’ve been there.

On the job training, blended learning; all methods need to tap people’s natural abilities to process information. We compressed and accelerated a two-week course into 3 days: no problem. Assisted engineers to lead a global quality assurance process through teamwork: yes indeed.

Brains at Work created national environmental curricula that could educate government employees, tribes, community/neighborhood representatives and industry as to legal, science and political realities. Oh, and we needed to move all learners to become champions for environmental progress, too.

Like a rainstorm falling on a desert, (thirsty) people want to integrate new knowledge and be smart on the job if the content and performance expectations are relevant and alive. We have touched over two million learners worldwide with exceptional methods, templates, approaches and tools.

What We Do:

Learning and Performance Audits of existing programs

Program design and redesign

Internal professional development of Training and Development staff and Subject Matter Experts

In house workshops and intensives

Brains at Work will respond to your questions: contact@brainsatwork.com
